Contest Rules

1. To be eligible to win a prize, contestants should correctly answer the following question: In which region of Europe was Enescu born?
2. Entries must be submitted by email to contests@naxosusa.com and have 'Malcolm contest' in the subject line.
3. Winning entries will be selected at random from the correct responses.
4. Only one submission per contestant will be accepted.
5. Contestants must be naxos.com newsletter subscribers.
6. Staff of HNH International and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
7. HNH International maintains the right to publish the contest winner's name.
8. All entries must be received by 25 January 2004.
9. Prize winners will be notified by email before a prize is shipped.
10. The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of prizes during shipping.
11. In case of disputes arising out of this contest, the decision of the company shall be final.
