Some of out national websites, like the Naxos USA site, carry information about local retailers, hence where you can find our products.

Q: I can't find a particular recording in your catalogue, where else can I look?

A: Please go to the menu Music Licensing or contact Mr. Mark Majzner at mark@naxos.se, he'll be able to supply all the information you need.

Q: I really like the music on one of your recordings, how can I get hold of the sheet music? I would like to perform it myself.
A: In most cases, you should be able to find the publisher of a certain piece by using one of the online search engines.

Q: Q: I am a critic and wish to request review copies, whom do I ask?
A: Reviewers should request promotional CDs from the distributor in the country in which they are located. Click here for a list of our distributors.

Q: Why are some works not available for online listening?
A: If a work is not available for online listening, the reason generally is one of two possibilities:

1) The tracks are still being processed. Once our website team receives the final version of each CD, they must prepare the tracks for the website. This can be a very time-consuming process.

2) The works in question are still under copyright. Until fall of 2002, Naxos.com could not post any samples of copyrighted works. However, Naxos founder Klaus Heymann negotiated an agreement with the Composers and Authors' Society in Hong Kong, and we are now able to post up to 25% of copyrighted works. Due to our extensive catalogue, adding samples of all copyrighted works may take some time, and we must ask your patience in this matter.
