Terms and Conditions

  1. The raffle is open to all active subscribers of ‘Independent Labels’ New Releases’.
  2. Period: 19 January – 31 January 2024 (23:59, GMT+8)
  3. Prizes: one of ten copies of Wagner: Parsifal (Staatsoper unter den Linden, 2015) (DVD format)
  4. Entry: each subscriber will be considered for raffle by clicking the ‘ENTER TO WIN!’ button in the newsletter. Ten winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received.
  5. Winners will be notified via email after 31 January 2024. Each winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
  6. Prizes will be sent to the winners by post. Shipping costs will be paid by the organiser.
  7. The organiser shall take care of any personal information supplied by entrants/winners as described in its privacy policy.
  8. The organiser reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
