MASINO, FABIOLA

Born in Tucumán in Argentina, after a career in classical dance Fabiola Masino began musical studies. Moving to Spain, she completed these at the Escuela Superior de Canto in Madrid. She made her début as the Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte at the Teatro Argentino de La Plata, appearing thereafter at the Montevideo Teatro Solís, the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires and the Teatro Real in Madrid. In addition to her participation in the La Coruña Mozart Festival, she has sung in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Aix-en-Provence Festival. Her career has brought appearances under the baton of a number of distinguished conductors.
