HOCHBAUER, JOACHIM (b 1977 )

Born in 1977, Joachim Höchbauer received his early musical training as a chorister at the Regensburg Cathedral. Continued studies led him to Munich and Cologne, where he studied voice with Mechtild Georg and vocal accompaniment. He has appeared as a soloist at home and abroad, and in concert performances of Siegfried Wagner’s Der Heidenkönig.
