RUSSELL, LYNDA

Lynda Russell was born in Birmingham, England, and studied at the Royal College of Music in London. She combines a stage and concert hall career, having appeared in opera throughout the world, including the Metropolitan Opera in New York and Glyndebourne in England. She has made numerous broadcasts and television appearances, and has made a number of recordings for Naxos, including Mahler's Fourth Symphony and Britten's War Requiem.
