ZIENER, MARIE

Marie Ziener, organ

Marie Ziener is organist at David's Church in Copenhagen. She graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Music in 1984 and received her teacher's degree with honours in 1987. Her postgraduate studies have been in Paris with Marie-Claire Alain, with David Sanger in London and with Michael Radulescu in Liechtenstein. Marie Ziener has also made a recording of twentieth-century music for flute and organ. She performs regularly in Europe as a soloist and in addition to her work with Line Most she forms a duo with the hornplayer Nina Jeppesen.
