MOGENSEN, MORTEN

Morten Mogensen began playing at the age of six and performed for the first time for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in 1981. Morten Mogensen trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen with Anker Blyme and made his debut as a soloist in 1990. He is a member of the Copenhagen Trio and has recorded many CDs; most recently he has begun recording Lange-Müller’s collected piano works and Weyse’s piano sonatas.
