BROBERG, REBECCA

Born in Philadelphia, Rebecca Broberg studied at the Peabody Institute, Baltimore, Maryland, and the Universtity of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Her rôles have included Vespetta in Pimpinone, Megildts in Das Mirakel, Klara in Heaven Ablaze In His Breast, and the title rôle in Miss Donnithorne’s Maggot. She has collaborated in several American premières, including Father, have you cursed me? (The Siegfried Wagner Story) in Philadelphia. She can be heard as Gelwa in the recording of Siegfried Wagner’s Der Heidenkönig.
