SPECULUM ENSEMBLE Founded in 2003, Speculum Ensemble devotes itself to the study and performance of vocal polyphony from thirteenth to early seventeenth century, and has collaborated with such renowned musicians as Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini, Francesco Tasini, Adriano Guarnieri, among others. Upcoming activities include the concert première of Tetélestai, a new work by Francesco Tasini, and new projects to explore fifteenth century music and unknown Italian madrigals.
