Silent Night, Holy Night features an unforgettable Christmas concert, recorded at the Berlin Schauspielhaus just after German reunification.

The outstanding Tölz Boys Choir, Hermann Prey, Doris Soffel, Jochen Kowalski and several other artists known far beyond the German border perform a potpourri of favourite German Christmas Carols such as "Es ist ein Ros' entsprungen" (A Spotless Rose is Growing) or "Tochter Zion, freue dich" (Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion). The finale is a moving ensemble performance of "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht" (Silent Night, Holy Night).
The pieces are enhanced with beautiful Christmas images and the romantic and festive atmosphere captures the spirit of the season.
