Guitar Recital: Dimitri Illarionov |
The International Solo Guitar Competition, sponsored by the Guitar Foundation of America, is one of the top events of its kind worldwide. For more than fifteen years the competition has given winning performers a headstart in their careers due to the prestigious concert tour awarded to the winner. Dimitri Illarionov is one of Russia’s young generation of guitarists and has already been a laureate in a number of leading international guitar contests. He has appeared as both soloist and chamber musician across Eastern Europe as well as in Germany and Japan.
