- This lost gem with music by Edouard-Marie-Ernest Deldevez and Ludwig Minkus is repackaged and reissued at midprice.
- It is performed here with Joseph Mazilier's original 1846 choreography, painstakingly researched and recreated by French choreographer Pierre Lacotte and spectacularly performed by members of the Opéra National de Paris.
- The music has been revised and orchestrated by David Coleman, whilst Luisa Spinatelli, drawing inspiration from the original models made for the work’s creation, has conceived new sets and costumes.
