Three of the most fascinating dancers on the current international ballet scene
in Germany present their favourite choreographies, each solo- or pas-de-deux-choreography
introduced by the dancer.
From classical to modern repertoire these three dancers - the internationally
celebrated dancer Vladimir Malakhov, winner of the Nijinsky Award 2002 Lucia
Lacarra, and the Japanese prima ballerina Kiyoko Kimura - present state of the
art dancing in a series of half hour features, together with their partners
Diana Vishneva, Cyril Pierre and Christoph Böhm. In total this DVD captures
dancers from Russia, Spain, France, Japan and Germany, all of them First Soloists
with German companies.
