HEURES ROMANTIQUES VOCAL ENSEMBLE Ensemble Instrumental et Vocal des Heures Romantiques
The Ensemble Vocal des Heures Romantiques consists of five
sopranos, Hélène Courtois, Isabelle Debauve, Anne-Lise Faucon, Marlène Guichard
and Elisabeth Liebrand, with six altos, Géraldine Chauvet, Marie-George Monet,
Maryse Pires da Silva, Anna Robert, Leonore van Sloten and Wieke van Wingerden.
The male voices of the ensemble include the tenors Johnny Esteban, Gregory
Finch, Guillaume François, Joon Hwan Park and Ludovic Redon, with the basses
Luc Baetens, Kobe Baeyens, Olivier Berten, Edwin Crossley-Mercer, Sébastien
Oumi and Jean-François Rouchon.
The Ensemble Instrumental comprises the first violin Anneliese
van Beest, a graduate of Utrecht Conservatoire and Chicago University, with the young Czech violinist Roman Patocka, winner of various prizes at home
and abroad, as second violin. The viola player of the ensemble is Anne Huser,
a graduate of Utrecht Conservatoire and competition laureate, with the cellist Jan
Bastiaan Neven, who studied in Utrecht and in Düsseldorf. They are joined
by the Bulgarian double bass player Eugenia Bardarova, who studied in Sofia and then in Amsterdam, and the organist Joseph Breinl, a graduate of his
native Munich and subsequently a student at Amsterdam Conservatorium, where he
now teaches.
