OUR Recordings Artists Perform in the UK

Naxos distributes OUR Recordings, a boutique label created in late 2006 as a musical showcase featuring the talents of Michala Petri, the preeminent recorder virtuoso of her generation, and the visionary musical explorations of long-time-duo-partner, guitarist and lute player Lars Hannibal.

The two highly acclaimed musicians will perform in the UK later this year:

Their new CD Café Vienna will be released in October 2009. It features music from Vienna around 1800 by Giulini, Carulli, Küffner, Beethoven, Krähmer, Mayseder and Scheindienst.

Lars Hannibal has recorded a new CD with the young Chinese violinist Chen Yi. The recording includes arrangements made by Hannibal of music by Kreisler, Lalo, Schubert, Satie and Handel. Titled Melodie, it is scheduled for release in January 2010.
