Cambridge Chamber Choir and the Elgar Part-Songs

From July 29 to 30, the amalgamated Cambridge Chamber Choirs, the crème-de-la-crème from the various colleges of Cambridge University, joined together under Christopher Robinson to record the part-songs of Elgar.
Recorded were My love dwelt in a northern land; Evening scene; There is sweet music, Op. 53; Deep in my soul, Op. 53; O wild west wind , Op. 53; Owls, Op. 53; Go, song of mine; The shower; The fountain; Death on the hills; Love's tempest; Serenade; The prince of sleep; From the Bavarian Highlands.
The sessions took place at Trinity College Chapel in Cambridge, UK and were produced by John Rutter.
