Naxos Music Library Announces the Release of a New iPhone and iPod Touch App

November 21, 2009

Beginning 12 November 2009, Naxos Music Library—the world’s largest collection of streaming classical, jazz, wind band, choral, and world music—owned by the world’s leading classical label—announces a new iPhone Application which will allow subscribers remote access to their personal and account playlists.

The NML iPhone App was designed and built for today’s music lover and will enable users to build individual playlists on the NML website, and then stream these playlists anytime, anywhere through the App. Completely free, the App will allow users of all subscription types, to listen to both their personal playlists, and those created by the account administrator. Naxos also has plans to release applications for other mobile devices.

The final file size of the iPhone App is 540Kb and the App will only be available through the iTunes App Store.

Information about the App, it’s functionality, and a direct link to the App on the iTunes App Store is available on the Naxos Music Library blog.
