VAUGHAN WILLIAMS SONG CYCLES SUNG BY RODERICK WILLIAMS

Potton Hall, in Suffolk, was home to a recording of selected songs by Ralph Vaughan Williams at the start of August 2004.

The English baritone on this recording, Roderick Williams, has a wide experience of recital and solo oratorio work throughout Britain and abroad, including recitals at the Wigmore Hall, on BBC Radio 3 and on Classic FM. He has broadcast on Radio 3's Voices programme with Iain Burnside, the pianist featured on this recording.

The works recorded include: Songs of Travel, House of Life, Linden Lea, Four Songs of Ferdegond Shove.

This recording is due for release next year.
