Hyperion Records Appeal for Recording Funds
A message from Simon Perry, Director of Hyperion Records

Since the Court of Appeal decision against Hyperion (see ‘News’ section on, the label has received hundreds of letters and e-mails from people asking what they can do to support Hyperion Records in its time of need.

Hyperion is confident of its survival but we are going to need every ounce of support in the coming few months.

Many people have already donated sums of money for which we are eternally grateful but many are still asking how to go about supporting us with donations.
One simple and effective way is to send donations to our Appeal Fund in the form of a cheque to Hyperion Appeal Fund, PO Box 25, London SE9 1AX.
All donations no matter how big or small will be put towards the funding of important new recording projects that have recently been cancelled, postponed or are in jeopardy and all donations will bring life back to those projects. We have also made it possible for our devoted website customers to help, by creating an online donation system in our website secure online shop. You can now buy a disc and also donate if you wish.

Click here to make a donation. Many thanks for your continuing support.

Simon Perry
Director, Hyperion Records
