ANTON LEISS-HUBER Born in Altötting, Anton Leiß-Huber studied singing in Munich with Fenna Kuegel-Seifried and Juliane Banse. His rôles have included Tancredi in Il combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda, Don Curzio in Le nozze di Figaro, Bastien in Bastien und Bastienne, Roderick in The Fall of the House of Usher, Antonio in Das Liebesverbot, Sam Borzalino in Die stumme Serenade, and Achmed in Die Pilger von Mekka. His recordings include Henze’s Das Wundertheater, Ein Landarzt and Das Ende einer Welt and on DVD Hartmann’s Das Wachsfigurenkabinett.
