CHRISTOPHER MILLARD

Christopher Millard held Principal Bassoon chairs for the Vancouver Symphony and the CBC Radio Orchestra for 29 years before joining the National Arts Centre Orchestra in 2004. He also serves as Principal Bassoonist for the Grand Teton Festival Orchestra and the World Orchestra for Peace. A respected teacher, he gives regular master-classes at Domaine Forget and the Banff Centre and is a faculty member at both the University of Ottawa and the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University.
