A laureate of the 2008 Queen Elisabeth Competition and a ‘Revelation’ of the 2010 Victoires de la Musique and the 2013 Rising Stars programme, Isabelle Druet is equally at home on the opera and concert hall stages. In the 2015–16 season she performs Rigoletto at the Paris Opera. She has sung Carmen at Düsseldorf/Duisburg Opera, Lully’s Armide under the baton of William Christie at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Paris, The Magic Flute conducted by René Jacobs at the Aix-en-Provence Festival, the Salle Pleyel, Paris, the Berlin Philharmonie and on a European tour, Lully’s Cadmus et Hermione and Cavalli’s Egisto with the Poème Harmonique at the Opéra-Comique, Paris, Rouen Opera and the Grand Théâtre, Luxembourg, as well as Campra’s Le Carnaval de Venise with the Concert Spirituel at the Utrecht Festival and the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées. She has made several acclaimed recordings.
