ENSEMBLE VILLANELLA The Ensemble Villanella, with Andreas Edlund (clavichord), Sven Berger (cornemuse, flute, recorder, tenor), Charlotte Edstrom (alto. Soprano), Helena Ek (soprano) and Anders Karlsson (guitar), was formed in 1987 and since then has been active in performance both in Sweden and abroad, notably in Estonia, Germany and Japan, The repertoire of the ensemble ranges from troubadour songs of the twelfth century to folk-music and contemporary jazz.
