FILIPPO MORACE The bass-baritone Filippo Morace was born in Naples and studied at the Conservatorio di Salerno. He began his career at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples in Donizetti’s Le convenienze e inconvenienze teatrali and Stravinsky’s 99 disgrazie di Pulcinella, making his début also in Pergolesi’s Livietta e Tracollo and Festa da Requiem by R. De Simone. With triumph in various national and international competitions, he enjoys a highly successful international career, with a wide variety of leading rôles in major houses throughout Italy and abroad.
