FLORENTINE OPERA CHORUS The Florentine Opera Chorus was founded by John D. Anello in 1933 in the heart of Milwaukee’s vibrant Third Ward immigrant community. Scott S. Stewart has acted as the Chorus-master and Associate Conductor of the Florentine Opera Company since 1977. With a wide and varied repertoire, more than fifty artists comprise the Florentine Opera Chorus each season, performing in all mainstage productions, as well as education and community outreach programs around the community.
