GORAN ELIASSON The tenor Göran Eliasson studied at the Swedish Opera Academy in Stockholm and made his operatic début in Hemsöborna at Folkoperan Stockholm 1994. He has appeared in leading rôles in The Makropulos Affair, Fidelio, Die Dreigroschenoper, Falstaff, Don Giovanni, Otello, Lulu, Die Zauberflöte and Das Rheingold at the Royal Swedish Opera and at Norrlandsoperan, Malmö Opera och Musikteater, Folkoperan, the International Vadstena-Academy, Drottningholm Court Theatre, and GöteborgsOperan, with guest appearances in Aix-en-Provence and Cologne. Göran Eliasson has performed under the batons of conductors including Sir Simon Rattle, Adam Fischer, Alan Gilbert and Antonio Pappano.
