GORAN KRIVOKAPIC Born in Belgrade in 1979, Goran Krivokapić started his music education in Montenegro. Prior to graduating with distinction at the Maastricht Conservatorium (the Netherlands) in 2005, he won first prize in seventeen international guitar competitions, including the 2000 Andrés Segovia in Almuñecar, the 2003 Fernando Sor in Rome and the 2004 Guitar Foundation of America. Krivokapić has received several honorary awards, including The Golden Guitar award at the 2005 Tenth International Guitar Convention in Alessandria for the best up-and-coming guitarist. He has given solo recitals and masterclasses in North and South America and all over Europe.
