GRACE ROSSITER Born in 1977, Grace Rossiter was herself a member of the Finchley Childrens Music Group for ten years. During this time she sang solo rôles at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, and with Live Culture (English National Opera) in Australia. She read music at Bristol University, majoring in performance and conducting. Since graduating, she has worked as a repetiteur and conductor for several groups in the South West, including the City of Bristol Girls Choir, Bristol Opera, Bright Angel Theatre Company, and as chorus master for New Youth Opera. She became Musical Director of the Finchley Childrens Music Group in 2001 and made her Proms début with them in 2004, conducting the childrens choir in Brittens War Requiem. She is also Director of the Camden Singers, and has recorded for BBC radio and television, Classic fm, and Channel 4.
