HETNA REGITZE BRUUN

Hetna Regitze Bruun, mezzo-soprano, studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, Copenhagen and the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, where she made her début as a soloist in 2008. She has already established a comprehensive concert career in northern Europe. In Scandinavia she has appeared as a soloist with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra, the Malmö Symphony Orchestra and the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra. She has appeared at the Royal Opera House in Copenhagen as well as in various other theatres in Denmark. She works in several ways to create new forms of classical concerts. Stand-up Opera and Reload Classics are her initiatives. She is founding director of the successful opera company HOME OPERA www.homeopera.net, based in Berlin.
