JACQUES DUTEY The baritone Jacques Dutey was a valuable member of the French vocal scene during the 1950s. He was particularly active in the Parisian recording studios, singing a very wide range of repertoire, from early polyphonic vocal music, through songs of the eighteenth century, to the folk-songs of Normandy, which he directed as well as performed.
