JEROME SIMAS

Jerome Simas, Assistant Professor of Clarinet at the University of Oregon, has performed in solo, chamber, and orchestral settings in the United States and abroad. He studied and performed at Marlboro Music in Vermont and was a fellow at the New World Symphony and Tanglewood Music Center. He has held principal clarinet positions and performed as soloist with several regional orchestras in Northern California and has held acting positions with both the San Francisco Symphony and San Francisco Opera Orchestras.
