Mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung appears regularly with the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, Chicago Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, London Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Paris, Vienna Philharmonic, and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. She has also performed at the Ravinia, Tanglewood, Saito Kinen, Edinburgh and Lucerne festivals. Equally at home on the opera stage, her many rôles include Fricka, Sieglinde and Waltraute, Amneris, Eboli, and the title rôle in Samson et Dalilah. DeYoung is a multi-GRAMMY® award-winning recording artist whose discography includes Mahler’s Kindertotenlieder, Das klagende Lied and Symphonies Nos. 2 and 3, and Berlioz’s Les Troyens.
