PHILLIP BUSH Since his New York début at the Metropolitan Museum, Phillip Bush has appeared as a recitalist worldwide. In 2001 he made his Carnegie Hall concerto début with the London Sinfonietta and has also appeared as a soloist with the orchestras of Osaka, Houston, and Cincinnati, among others. A much sought-after chamber musician, Bush frequently appears at festivals throughout the United States and abroad, and is Music Director of the Chamber Music Conference at Bennington College. His commitment to contemporary music has earned him grants and awards from the Cary Charitable Trust, Aaron Copland Fund, ASCAP, Chamber Music America, and the NEA.
