TASSO JANOPOULO Tasso Janopoulo was an Egyptian pianist of Greek descent, and became a naturalised French citizen. He had an extensive career as an accompanist, working with instrumentalists such as Henryk Szeryng, Jacques Thibaud, Paul Tortelier, and Pierre Fournier, as well as singers such as Ninon Vallin and Charles Panzera, on the concert platform and in the recording studio.
