THOMAS TISCHLER

Thomas Tischler was born in Klagenfurt. He studied the French horn at the Carinthian Regional Conservatory in Klagenfurt, singing there and at opera classes at the Vienna Conservatory. He participated in master-classes with Walter Berry, Hilde Zadek, Siegried Jerusalem and others. A member of several choruses, he has sung in performances with the Vienna State Opera Chorus at the Salzburg Festival and at the Vienna Burgtheater. Since 2001 he has been a member of the Vienna Volksoper.
