David Hurwitz
ClassicsToday.com, April 2015

…these performances are excellent. Zoltán Tokos plays the guitar with an attractive liquid tone, almost no performance noises, and he’s very well balanced against a fine string quartet. © 2015 ClassicsToday.com Read complete review

Kenneth Keaton
American Record Guide, May 2012

The music is charming, mildly inventive, galante—intentionally simple and avoiding any profundity. The Danubius Quartet is a fine group, with rock-solid intonation and ensemble coordination. Phrasing is elegant and idiomatic. Perhaps most important, cellist Ilona Ribli is fully up to the challenges of her part. Her intonation, even in the highest registers, is perfect. The guitar parts are perfectly idiomatic, with never an indication that they were conceived for keyboard. © 2012 American Record Guide Read complete review on American Record Guide online
