Gramophone, October 1990

The Slovak Chorus sing Orff's hedonistic cantata with lusty, Slavonic enthusiasm... the Tavern scene comes across especially vividly and the culminating Ave formosissima and O Fortuna are splendidly expansive. The soprano, Eva Jenisová, is the most impressive of the three soloists. This is an enjoyable performance, with exciting moments.
