Mike Eldred

Mike Eldred is quickly becoming one of the most sought after concert artists in the country. In the last few years, he has performed in concert with many symphony orchestras including the Cincinnati Pops, the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, and the Nashville Symphony. In 2001, Mike was the featured artist for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center's Premiere Evening at Adelphia Coliseum and was asked to present a musical tribute to Eddy Arnold at the Ryman Auditorium.

Mike’s theater credits include the original Broadway cast of Frank Wildhorn's The Civil War in 1999, the National Touring Company of The Civil War in 2000, Jesus Christ Superstar (Broadway and Touring Companies), Dennis DeYoung's The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Starring role, Tennessee Repertory Theatre), West Side Story (Tony, Tennessee Repertory Theatre), Heartland (Goodspeed Opera House), Carole King's Tapestry (Tennessee Repertory Theatre), and Marcus Hummon's Francis of Guernica (Starring role, Actor's Bridge in 2000 and in the March 2002 production at the Tennessee Repertory Theatre).

Mike has been recognized as an outstanding performer, winning the Tennessean Actor of the Year Award three times (1999, 2000, 2001). In 2002, he was chosen as the Nashville Scene's Best Musical Theatre Performer. Mike was also nominated for the Nashville Music Awards Male Vocalist of the Year in 1998 for his portrayal of Quasimodo in The Hunchback Of Notre Dame.
