After studying the violin, Clémentine Decouture started her training as a singer at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional of Dijon with Odile Pieti, later joining the class of Blandine de Sai at the Boulogne-Billancourt Conservatoire, where she took her Diplôme national supérieur professionnel de musicien. At the same time she collaborated with the pianist Nicolas Chevereau in the Duo Dix Vagues, appearing in various recitals and prestigious festivals, including Jeunes Talents, the Festival du Périgord Noir, Journées Maurice Ravel, Musée en Musique, Opéra de Tours, and the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
She is a prizewinner of several international competitions, receiving, among others, the Grand Prix Paul Derenne at the Toulouse International Competition of French Song. She has given a number of recitals at home and abroad, including at the Opera of Bordeaux and of Montreal after the Marmande International Competition, in Beirut with the Orchestra of Lebanon, and at Osaka Symphony Hall in Japan. She has been named Révélation Lyrique Splendidam.
