Davide Alogna graduated in violin and piano with honours, completing his master’s diploma in violin and chamber music at the Conservatoire de Paris with a ‘Premier Prix à l’Unanimité’. In 2016, Alogna debuted as a soloist at Carnegie Hall (Stern Hall) in New York and in 2017 he made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
Alogna has already performed in many important halls such as the Berlin Philharmonie, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, the Smetana Hall in Prague, the Salle Cortot in Paris, the Gasteig in Munich, the Cairo Opera House, the Bellas Artes in Mexico City and the Verdi Auditorium in Milan.
He has been featured by many leading orchestras including La Scala Chamber Orchestra, the Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic, the Orchestra da Camera di Mantova, the Chamber Orchestra of New York and the Sanremo Symphony, and has performed with acclaimed musicians including Natalia Gutman, Eliso Virsaladze, Jeffrey Swann, Bruno Canino, Roberto Prosseda and Roberto Plano.
Alogna performs on his precious Carlo Antonio Testore (Ex Wilhelmj) violin (Milan, 1715).
