FREDERIC ANTOUN A native of Quebec, Frédéric Antoun studied singing at the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia. His repertoire ranges from Rameau to Stravinsky, with a particular predilection for French opera, Mozart and bel canto. He has appeared in New York (NY City Opera), Toronto, Montreal, Miami, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Paris (Châtelet, Opéra-Comique), with more recent débuts at Covent Garden (La Fille du régiment), the Salzburg Festival (Charlotte Salomon by Dalbavie), the Paris Opéra (Die Entführung aus dem Serail and Platée), and Zurich Opera (Les Pêcheurs de perles). Other performances include Così fan tutte at the Paris Opéra, La Fille du régiment in Lausanne, Falstaff at Covent Garden and débuts at the Metropolitan Opera of New York in The Exterminating Angel by Thomas Adès, also at Covent Garden and in Salzburg.
