Wenbin Jin is the associate director of the Performing Arts Centre at Beijing’s Keystone Academy.
He won the top prize at the China Shanghai International Piano Competition, second prize at the China International Piano Competition, and third prize at the China Shenzhen International Piano Concerto Competition.
He has performed at such celebrated venues as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York, and the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
Wenbin Jin took a Bachelor of Music degree at the New England Conservatory, where he studied with Hung-Kuan Chen, and a Master of Music degree and an Artist Diploma from the Yale School of Music, where he studied with Boris Berman. He received a special-distinction scholarship from the Chinese government, and, at the Yale School of Music was awarded the Elizabeth Parisot Prize and the Yale School of Music Alumni Association Prize.
