Jack Sullivan
American Record Guide, September 2015

The sonata of Friedrich Wilhem Rust, a work of great refinement, is played with freedom and dancelike rhythm. The bewitching Arminia by Franco-Lebanese composer Bechara El-Khoury was written for Siranossian, who plays it with loving sensitivity.

The recording is warm and resonant—exactly what a chamber violin program needs. © 2015 American Record Guide Read complete review on American Record Guide

Peter Quantrill
The Strad, March 2015

If pretentious titles usually put you off heterogeneous concept albums, hold your horses. This one contains first recordings of two substantial and fascinating late Baroque/early Classical solo works by Rust and Stamitz, dispatched by Chouchane Siranossian on a Gagliano with a period set-up with terrific verve and unfailing good taste. …there’s much to admire in her rhythmic security and gently playful approach to the dance forms, especially in Rust’s Second Sonata, which is technically demanding and inventive in equal measure. © 2015 The Strad Read complete review
