HAAS, P.: Wind Quintet (Alinde Quintet)
The Alinde Quintet was founded by successful young musicians from the Czech Republic – Anna Tal·ckov· (flute), Barbora Trnčíková (oboe), David Šimeček (clarinet), Kryštof Koska (horn) and Petr Sedl·k (bassoon). They received their musical training at renowned music colleges in London, Brussels, Ljubljana, Lyon, Prague, Essen and Brno. The Alinde Quintet has received awards at various international competitions, including the International Music Competition for Wind Quintets Bucharest 2019, the International Chamber Music Competition ODIN 2020 and OPUS 2021, and the International Carl Nielsen Competition in Copenhagen 2023. In addition to their ensemble work, the members of the Alinde Quintet perform in renowned orchestras, including the Czech Philharmonic, the National Theatre Prague, the Prague Philharmonic, the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the Brno Philharmonic. As soloists, they have also distinguished themselves as prizewinners in various competitions, including the Prague Spring International Music Competition, the International Competition in Chieri, Pro Bohemia Ostrava, and Czech Clarinet Art. The Alinde Quintet won first prize at the 73rd ARD International Music Competition
