In the most famous of the twenty-one Hungarian dances, No. 5, Johannes Brahms combined Béla Kéler’s op. 31, the Bártfai emlék csárdás (“Memory of Bártfa” Csárdás) with the Hungarian folk song “Uccu bizony, megérett a káka” (“Come, the rushes are ripe”).
