The young Ukrainian violinist Andrey Bielov has won an early reputation for himself as a virtuoso, after childhood appearances in Eastern and Western Europe and in the United States. Recent awards include prizes at Leverkusen in 1998, at Munich in 1999, at Brescia and in the Joseph Joachim Competition in Hannover. First Prize Laureate of the Ninth Artur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition in Tel-Aviv, a recipient there of other important prizes, and in 1994 Grand Prix winner in the International Vladimir Krainev Young Pianists Competition in Ukraine, Igor Tchetuev has appeared as a soloist throughout Europe, as well as the United States and Canada.
