Annabel Green started singing at the age of four, entering Wells Cathedral Choir in 2005 where she sang under Matthew Owens for six years, taking on the post of head chorister between 2010 and 2011. As a chorister she recorded over 10 commercial CDs, sang all over the world including Germany, China and Hong Kong and has performed in the Royal Opera House and regularly for BBC Radio 3. She has since been playing oboe with a scholarship at Wells Cathedral School under Elizabeth Fyfe and has studied singing under Isobel Buchanan, Rachel Bevan and Philip Lawson. A regular member of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, Annabel was also a founding member of Wells Cathedral School Choralia. In October 2015 she will be reading English Literature as an undergraduate at Trinity College, Cambridge, where she will also be a choral scholar in the chapel choir directed by Stephen Leighton.
