Martinů Voices was established in 2010 with the aim to perform chamber choral music. Although the ensemble specialises mainly in works composed between the 19th and 21st centuries, its repertoire also encompasses the Renaissance, Baroque and Classical eras.

The ensemble, made up of professional singers, performs under the direction of Lukáš Vasilek. Martinů Voices has regularly performed at the most significant Czech music festivals, including the Prague Spring, the Dvořák Prague and Strings of Autumn. Martinů Voices has largely appeared on stage independently, but they have also worked with superlative soloists, chamber ensembles and orchestras.

The ensemble has recorded several albums—the most noteworthy being those featuring Jan Novák’s and Bohuslav Martinů’s choral works, released by Supraphon in 2014 and 2017.
