Per Flemström (1958–2017) was a Swedish flautist who spent most of his professional life in Norway. After completing his studies in Stockholm he became the principal flute of both the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra (1989–91) and the Oslo Philharmonic (1986–2017). He was also a founding member of the New Stockholm Chamber Orchestra. As a soloist he performed with the leading Swedish and Norwegian Orchestras.

He recorded the Nielsen Flute Concerto with Esa-Pekka Salonen and the Swedish Radio Symphony and the Mozart Concerto for Flute and Harp with the Oslo Philharmonic.
